TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE CAREFULLY. By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms & Conditions”). We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove the provisions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. You should check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website. By using this website, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms & Conditions, just as if you had signed an Agreement.

SERVICE:

Because we shoot multiple properties in a single day, it is important that your property be “photo-ready”, when we arrive. In order to service all of our clients in a professional manner, your appointment includes an allocated amount of time for the service. If anticipate needing more time than is included with your service package, please contact us prior to your appointment.

  • The property must be photo-ready when we arrive.
  • All dog(s) MUST BE kept on a leash during your appointment.
  • We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services.
  • We reserve right to refuse shoot haunted homes.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept cash, check or credit card at the time of service. Please make all checks payable to Aerious Plus. If you prefer to pay with check, please have your check ready on the day of the photoshoot and provided it to the photographer. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. In the event you will not be present at the service, you may also prepay via credit card prior to your appointment. Payment must be received in full before your photos are delivered.

TRAVEL FEES:

For all properties, first 40 miles roundtrip from office are included. Additional $1 per 1 mile. Travel fees are calculated via Google Maps and are based on the distance from 177 East Colorado Blvd suite 200, Pasadena, CA 91105 to the client’s property.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

If weather conditions are adverse, please give us a call to reschedule your shoot. If you decide to keep your original appointment, any return trip to the property for “re-shoot” will incur a minimum $75 re-shoot fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your appointment, we request 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you give less than 24 hours notice or repeatedly cancel appointments, we may require a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next photo shoot.

NO SHOWS/LATE SHOWS:

If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the service has to be cancelled, you will be charged a $100.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another service for you.

SCRAP SHOOT:

If we arrive at the property and are unable to photograph the home due to lack of electricity, lack of interior access or other related issues, the service will be cancelled and you will be charged a $100.00 scrap service fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another service for you.
